TabletForms is often used as an extension of internal software. From the AFAS workflow, the service forms (with customer and order data) are directly available on the employee's tablet or mobile phone.
After all mandatory input fields, photos and signatures have been completed, the form is sent from the TabletForms app and processed by the webservice in AFAS. The work process in AFAS is taken to the next step and the PDF with photos and signatures is available in the service order. Frederik van Asbeck explains the process in the following video.
